Usage and navigation patterns from others micro-mobility apps were re-used, to make sure the users could use the app in a few seconds.
The new mobilty options must easily integrate Heetch's powerful identity. While this type of service is new for Heetch, the users know it already so it should feel as if those options had always been there.
